REFUND POLICY

No items are eligible for return unless they meet the criteria outlined in our Refund Policy:

- The items were purchased within the last 7 days.

The following items cannot be returned:

- Goods that were made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, perishable, or have passed their expiry date.

We reserve the right to decline returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions at our discretion.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if prohibited by applicable law.
